-
Retreat participants must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing.
-
Retreat packages include only the accommodations, meals, educational activities, wellness experiences, and other amenities specifically identified on the applicable retreat booking page or written booking confirmation.
-
Activities may include yoga, guided movement, meditation, wellness workshops, acupressure education, and other non-clinical experiences.
-
Licensed medical or acupuncture treatments are not included unless expressly identified as services provided by appropriately authorized practitioners.
-
Participants are responsible for reviewing retreat descriptions, physical activity requirements, accommodations, and travel arrangements before registering.

Registration is subject to availability, payment requirements, and completion of any necessary participant documentation.
5. Physical Requirements and Participant Safety
-
Certain retreats may take place in remote locations and involve boat transportation, uneven walking surfaces, stairs, outdoor activities, and limited accessibility.
-
Participants are responsible for reviewing the disclosed physical requirements and determining whether the retreat is appropriate for their abilities and circumstances.
-
For retreats involving boat access or remote terrain, participants should be comfortable boarding and disembarking boats and navigating the environment described on the booking page.
-
Participants agree to disclose relevant accessibility needs or safety concerns before booking so that available accommodations can be discussed.
-
Seasonal Vitality cannot guarantee that every venue or activity is accessible to every individual.
-
We may restrict participation in an activity when reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern, while complying with applicable nondiscrimination and accessibility laws.
-
Participants may decline individual activities without penalty, although declining an included activity does not ordinarily entitle the participant to a partial refund.
6. Health Information, Waivers, and Informed Participation
-
Retreat participants may be asked to complete health questionnaires, emergency contact forms, informed-consent documents, and activity-specific liability waivers.
-
Only information reasonably necessary for participation, accessibility planning, or safety will be requested.
-
Required documents and submission deadlines will be communicated before the retreat.
-
Failure to complete essential documentation may affect a participant's ability to participate. Any resulting cancellation or refund will be handled under the applicable booking terms and governing law.
-
Participation in physical and wellness activities is voluntary. Participants should communicate relevant limitations to facilitators and discontinue any activity that causes discomfort or appears unsafe.
7. Travel Responsibilities
-
Unless expressly included in the retreat package, participants are responsible for their own:

Different provisions apply when extraordinary circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent the retreat from proceeding.
9. Retreat Schedule and Activity Changes
-
Seasonal Vitality makes reasonable efforts to deliver the retreat experience as advertised.
-
However, schedules, instructors, activities, meals, transportation arrangements, or accommodations may require modification due to weather, safety, availability, operational circumstances, or other reasonable considerations.
-
When practical, we will provide comparable alternatives and communicate significant changes promptly.
-
If a material component of the retreat cannot be provided, we will address the change and any applicable refund rights in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
10. Independent Providers and Third-Party Services
-
Seasonal Vitality may coordinate services provided by independent businesses, including retreat venues, transportation companies, yoga instructors, excursion operators, and other service providers.
-
These providers may maintain their own policies, safety requirements, and operating procedures.
-
Seasonal Vitality is responsible for fulfilling its own contractual obligations and will exercise reasonable care in selecting and coordinating third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, Seasonal Vitality is not responsible for losses caused solely by the independent acts or omissions of third parties outside its reasonable control.

-
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
-
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property rights.
14. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
-
Travel and wellness activities may involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, slips, falls, environmental conditions, transportation hazards, and unexpected illness or injury.
-
Participants acknowledge that participation involves risks that cannot be entirely eliminated.
-
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seasonal Vitality's liability for claims arising from purchased products or services will be limited as provided by applicable law and any separately executed, legally enforceable participant agreement.
-
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
-
Any separate assumption-of-risk or liability waiver must be reviewed and accepted as part of the retreat registration process.

-
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content or privacy practices.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.
-
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties are encouraged to contact Seasonal Vitality to attempt a good-faith resolution.
-
Subject to applicable law and any mandatory jurisdictional requirements, disputes may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Colorado.
-
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
17. Severability
-
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
18. Changes to These Terms
-
Seasonal Vitality may update these Terms periodically.
